Digital Scholars Program by Zong 4G and Knowledge Platform has successfully improved education across Pakistan. The program supported 3,359 students, 210 teachers, and 60 schools in 42 cities. By using digital learning tools, it helped students perform 75% better in their studies.
Bringing Digital Learning to Schools
The Digital Scholars Program focused on grades 9 and 10. Students received learning modules based on national and provincial curricula. These modules included:
- Videos for better understanding
- Games and activities to make learning fun
- Assessments to track progress
Teachers also received training in IT skills, pedagogy, and data-driven learning to improve their teaching methods.
Empowering Students and Teachers
The program encouraged inclusion and engagement. Schools selected student IT leaders to help others with digital learning. Participants received certificates and badges to recognize their achievements. This approach motivated students and teachers to actively take part in digital education.
Technology’s Role in Education
