Saudi Arabia and Pakistan have officially signed the Hajj 2025 agreement, paving the way for 179,210 Pakistani pilgrims to embark on the sacred journey. The agreement, finalized by Pakistan’s Ministry for Religious Affairs and Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj, emphasizes better services, reduced costs, and a more streamlined pilgrimage experience.
Enhanced Services for Pilgrims
Pakistani pilgrims will benefit from designated areas in Mina at discounted rates, ensuring both comfort and affordability. Additionally, they can opt for flexible stays in Madinah, ranging from 4 to 8 days, making the pilgrimage more adaptable to individual needs.
A new shorter Hajj program has also been introduced, lasting 20 to 25 days. This option caters to pilgrims with limited time while maintaining the spiritual essence of the journey.
Simplified Booking Process
Bookings under the Private Hajj Scheme have commenced, offering packages priced between Rs. 1.1 million and Rs. 2.15 million. Premium packages exceeding Rs. 3 million require prior approval from the Hajj Policy Formulation Committee to ensure transparency.
These varied packages allow pilgrims to select options that align with their budgets and preferences, making the Hajj experience more accessible to all.
Saudi Arabia’s Commitment to Excellence
The Saudi Ministry of Hajj has committed to enhancing the experience for Pakistani pilgrims. Key initiatives include:
Ensuring high-quality transportation and accommodations.
