Recognized for Pandemic Efforts

During the COVID-19 crisis, Sarah played a key role in Karachi’s District South. Her work earned her national praise. She even received a special award for her service.

Her performance during tough times showed her strong leadership. Many citizens still remember her contributions.

Sindh’s Push for Inclusion

This appointment is part of a larger effort by Sindh to promote diversity. Just this week, Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah shared another milestone. He announced the hiring of people from marginalized communities, including Kolhi, Bhil, and Meghwar, into the Sindh Police.

These steps aim to build a more inclusive civil service in the province.

Minority Safety and Representation

The Chief Minister also addressed public concerns about minority safety. He said that out of 310 reported kidnappings in 2024–25, only eight involved Hindu community members. Seven of those victims have been safely recovered.

Such transparency gives hope for a better and safer future for minorities.
