The British filmmaker and former wife of PTI leader Imran Khan was hospitalised after a fall. As a result, she injured her ankle and foot.
Lion’s Head, a picturesque peak rising 2,195 feet (669 metres) above sea level, is a popular destination for hikers and adventure lovers.
